A three-pocket waist bag with a bungee leash that clips to its side ring, so the walk happens with both hands free: waste bags, treats and a water bottle ride at your hip, and a padded handle sits right above the dog’s clip for the moments you want them close.
Buckle the bag around your hips, clip the leash to the silver ring at its end, and the leash is attached to you instead of to your hand. The belt adjusts with two sliders and closes with one side-release buckle, and the back of the bag is a perforated padded panel, so it sits against you without a hard edge.
The front carries what a walk needs. The left pocket has a round rubber port that feeds a roll of waste bags out one at a time, with a small metal clip underneath. The middle pocket has two zipped compartments behind a reflective stripe. The tall right pocket unzips and folds down to let a mesh bottle sleeve stand up from inside it, with a drawstring to snug it around the bottle; zip the pocket shut and the sleeve tucks away. A second silver ring sits at the other end of the bag.
The leash is one continuous piece. From the bag it runs through a padded section, a black ring and a single bungee stretch section to a second padded handle sewn into the leash right above the snap hook – the grip for crossings and tight passes. Overall it measures 50 in and stretches to 73 in. Reflective trim runs along both padded sections.
The bag measures 15 x 5.7 in. The kit comes in grey or black; the bag and leash are built the same in both.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air-dry fully before storing.

Waiting at the curb
The padded handle is sewn into the leash just above the snap hook, so at a crossing you drop a hand to it and keep your dog at your knee, then let go and the leash is back at your waist.
The moment you need one
A round rubber port on the left pocket feeds a roll of waste bags straight out, so you pull one without unzipping anything, your dog barely waits, and the walk carries on.
Halfway round the loop
Unzip the tall side pocket and a mesh sleeve stands up from inside it, snugged around a bottle with its drawstring, so water comes along without a hand to carry it and the stop is for both of you.
When they stop for a sniff
One stretch section between the two padded parts lengthens when your dog stops short, so the tug reaches your waist as a pull rather than a jolt and you both keep your rhythm.
