Shipping policy

Free shipping, every order

Shipping is on us. Every TuckTrail order ships free — no minimums, no codes, no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states) and Canada only. We’re not able to ship to other destinations at this time.

Where your order ships from

We pack and ship from our warehouse in Guangdong, China, and send every order by tracked air express door to door. That’s why delivery takes a little longer than a domestic store — and why we’d rather tell you the real window up front than promise two days and miss it.

Processing & delivery

  • Processing: orders are packed within 1–2 business days.
  • United States & Canada: typically 4–12 business days from the moment you order to the moment it reaches your door — packing time included, so there’s nothing to add on.

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Late or missing parcels

Tracking usually updates every few days while a parcel is in transit; quiet stretches during the international leg are normal.

  • Running late: if your tracking hasn’t moved in 7 days, or you’re past the delivery window above, contact us with your order number and we’ll chase the carrier.
  • Lost in transit: if the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full. You don’t pay twice for a parcel that never arrived.
  • Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbours and around the property first, then get in touch within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll open a carrier trace and sort it out with you.

Import duties & taxes are included

For orders to both the United States and Canada, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are already included in our 4PX shipping cost. You will not receive an extra import-duty or tax bill when the parcel is delivered.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute or refund packages lost due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment.

Returns are free too

If it isn’t right, returns and exchanges are free within 30 days — no reason needed — and we email you a prepaid label — shipping is on us in both directions. See our return policy.
