Why we exist
Make it easier to say yes.
Dogs get left home for ordinary reasons: it’s raining, it’s cold, the coat in the closet stops at XL, the carrier was bought for a different trip. TuckTrail exists to remove those reasons one at a time, so the next answer can be simple: you’re coming too.
What “taken care of” means
Care you can check, not just read.
Every garment we sell lists the chest girth and back length it actually fits, not a size letter, and sizes keep going past the point where most charts stop. Every carrier lists its inside dimensions and the pet weight it suits, with a fit check on the page that compares your dog’s numbers against that space before you pay.
Our cabin carriers are measured against the published under-seat limits of eleven North American airlines, and the table says plainly when a fit is close or over. Never “airline approved,” because that is a promise only your airline can make.
The small things are the care: seams taped instead of stitched, cuffs that draw in at the ankle, an underside left open so she can go without undressing, mesh panels for airflow, pads that lift out and wash. You’ll find them listed right on the product cards.
Fit first
We’d rather you buy the right one than buy today.
Check the size guide. Run the fit check. Read the airline table twice. And if it still arrives wrong, you have 30 days: let your pet try it, and if it isn’t right we send a prepaid label and cover the shipping both ways — full refund, or a different size (sizing down is free; sizing up costs only the price difference).
