Sizing
Find the right fit
The right carrier keeps your pet snug, secure, and cared for. Two quick measurements get you there.
How to measure
- Weight: weigh your pet (step on a scale holding them, then subtract your weight). This is the most important number.
- Length: measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
- Height: measure from the floor to the top of the shoulders while standing.
Your pet should be able to stand up, turn around, and lie down comfortably inside the carrier.
Size guide
| Size | Pet weight | Best for |

| M–L | 15–25 lb | Medium dogs |
| L | 25–40 lb | Larger dogs (check cabin limits for flying) |
| XL | 40 lb+ | Best for Road & Camp carriers, not in-cabin flying |
When in doubt, size up
If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger one for comfort. Still unsure? Order the size you think fits and check it at home — returns and exchanges are free for 30 days, we send a prepaid label, and letting your pet try it doesn’t affect any of that. See our return policy.
