Description
A four-leg rain suit for big dogs: a zip that runs the length of the back, a chest strap with a one-press buckle and a metal ring for the leash, a hood that pulls up over the head, and a sleeve for the tail.
Rain is the reason most walks get cancelled, and with a big dog the towel routine afterwards is its own event. This suit covers the parts that actually get wet – back, chest, belly and all four legs down to just above the paw – so a grey forecast stops being a decision.
The zip runs down the spine rather than the chest, and that changes how the suit goes on. You open the whole back, settle it over your dog, then close one line from collar to tail. A grey webbing strap crosses the chest and closes with a single side-release buckle, so a dog who would rather already be outside stands still for seconds instead of minutes.
A round metal ring sits on that chest webbing, held by the same buckle. The leash you already own clips straight onto the suit, so nothing extra has to go on over a wet shell or come off underneath it. Use your own judgement about what that ring is holding – it is a convenience, not a replacement for a harness.
The hood pulls up over the head with a soft elasticated edge around the face opening, so eyes, nose and mouth stay open to the air and the ears sit inside. Worn down it rests behind the neck as a collar. A separate fabric sleeve covers the tail and snaps off when you would rather leave it bare.
The shell is a high-density Taslon weave and beads water on the surface rather than drinking it in. The underside is open through the middle rather than closed all the way round.
Sizes run 3XL to 8XL, for dogs roughly 22 to 110 lb. Measure your dog’s back from the collar to the base of the tail and around the deepest part of the chest, then check both against the size chart before you choose – the weight ranges are a guide, not a rule.
Care & cleaning
Rinse or wipe down after wet walks and hang to dry away from direct heat — heat wears down the waterproof coating. Skip bleach, softener, and ironing.

Both front legs, both rear legs and the tail each get their own sleeve, with an elasticated cuff sitting just above every paw. Trail water and mud land on the shell instead of the coat underneath, so your dog keeps moving at his own pace through the wet, and the puddle across the path stops being the moment you turn back.

A side-release buckle sits on the chest webbing, and the zip runs the length of the back. You open the whole spine, settle the suit on, and close it in one line. A big dog goes in and out without threading four legs down four tubes, so the extra five minutes at the door stops deciding whether you go at all.

How do I measure my pet for the right size?
Measure back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail while your pet stands naturally, and chest girth at the widest point just behind the front legs. Compare both against the Size guide above.
What size dogs does it fit?
It is charted in 6 sizes (3XL–8XL) for a chest girth of 27.6–39.4 in, roughly 22–110 lb. Go by chest girth first and use weight as a rough check. A dog whose chest measures more than 39.4 in is past the largest size.
My pet is between two sizes. Which should I choose?
Size up. A slightly roomier fit keeps shoulders free and makes it easier to get on and off; too snug restricts movement. And if it does turn out too roomy, swapping down a size is free.
Will it keep my pet dry in heavy rain?
The coated shell is built to shed steady rain on everyday walks. In prolonged downpours some moisture can eventually work through seams and openings, so towel off and hang it to dry after very wet outings.
How do I get an anxious pet used to wearing it?
Let them sniff it first, then start with short indoor sessions with treats before the first wet walk. Most pets settle once they connect it with going outside.
How should I wash it?
