Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. We currently sell and ship only to the United States and Canada.

Products & pricing

We do our best to display products and prices accurately. Colors may vary by screen. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline or cancel orders, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely through PayPal (including card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship. If we can’t fulfill an order, we’ll notify you and issue a refund.

Shipping

Returns

Unused items may be returned within 30 days; used items are not returnable or refundable. See our return & refund policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the TuckTrail name, logo, text, and images — is owned by TuckTrail or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Our products are provided “as is.” Always supervise your pet and use carriers as intended. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TuckTrail is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TuckTrail operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
